Baking alongside my mother and grandmother as a young child, my passion for all things food began.  The pleasure of cooking and eating has been a constant throughout my life, and wherever I have lived.

 

Settling in the small mountain resort of Grimentz, in Switzerland, my thoughts turned to how I could share this passion beyond feeding my family and friends.

 

Following two years at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in London, I achieved the Grand Diplôme in Cuisine and Patisserie in 2019.

 

Now, working as a private chef, I bring a fine-dining and unpretentious experience to the relaxed surroundings of your own home or holiday residence.
