  • To carry out Payment processing, and where we have a legal obligation to provide information in order to process a payment.

In short, we don’t.  We will not provide your personal information to any third parties (other than listed above ie. if we are legally required to do so) free of charge or otherwise.

 

How long we keep your personal information

We will keep your information as long as you are a customer of ours. We may also keep your personal data for period of up to 5 years after your last interaction or transaction with us. The reasons we may do this are:

  • To respond to a question or complaint, or to show whether we gave you fair treatment.

  • To comply with rules that apply to us about keeping records.

We may also keep your data longer if we are not permitted to delete it for legal or regulatory reasons.  After this time, we will securely erase your information, because your personal information is important to us and we want to make sure your privacy is protected.

Cookies are a small data file that is stored by your browser on your device or the hard drive on your computer, if you agree.  Cookies cannot read other data from a device or read cookie data created by other websites.

We use essential cookies.  These allow us to recognise, count visitors, see how they move around the site when using it and from which page they leave our site.  We use this information only to improve the way our site works.

 

NO personal information is retained in our cookie, the session identification number automatically assigned to you when you use our website is deleted/reset when you close your browser session.
