Availability
All bookings are subject to my availability, therefore please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Dietary requirements
All allergies and dietary requirements can be catered for. Please provide me with your requirements before agreeing the final menu, so that I can cater for them adequately.
Pricing
As all menus are tailored to the individual client, prices will be calculated as part of each offer.
Confirmation of booking
A booking will be considered as confirmed when the menu and costs have been agreed, and the client has accepted the offer by email.
Payment
25% of the total cost to be paid against invoice 3 days prior to the start of the event. Balance to be paid within 10 days from receipt of invoice.
Cancellation
Should you cancel the event for any reason the following charges will apply.

72 hours before the date of the event, 25% of the total cost will be charged.

24 hours before the date of the event, 100% of the total cost will be charged.

If the number of guests decreases within 72 hours before the date of the event, 25% of the cost per person cancelled will be charged.
Liability
I am covered by public liability insurance.
